Rules for visiting the playroom


1. The rules of the playroom of Sport Club SunRay (hereinafter referred to as the playroom) are binding on all Clients (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
2. These rules are designed to regulate the work of the playroom, establish the procedure for visiting and safe stay of children in the playroom.
3. Playroom working hours:
  • Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 18:30;
  • Sat - weekend;
  • Sun - from 10:00 to 15:00, from 16:00 animation on the playground;
4. The playroom can be visited by children aged from 4 to 10 years.
5. No more than 5 children can be admitted to the playroom at the same time.
6. The possible time a child can stay in the playroom is no more than 2 hours.
7. There is an administrator in the playroom.
8. The child is allowed to stay in the playroom after the Client who brings the child to the playroom provides his/her contact information. After the expiration of the time spent in the Playroom, the child may be picked up only by the Client who brought the child to the Playroom. If the child is picked up by another person, the Client is obliged to notify the Administration in advance.
9. Any legally capable person accompanying the child (one of the parents/legal representative/close relative/other accompanying person) may bring/ take the child to/from the playroom.
10. Children's stay in the playroom is free of charge, except for additional services that are provided for a fee in accordance with the current price list.
11. Additional services are provided according to a separate schedule, which may differ from the general schedule of the playroom.
12. Additional services are available by appointment with the Administrator. Payment for additional services is made before they are provided.
13. Payment for services can be made in the following ways:
  • By bank transfer on the basis of an invoice;
  • By bank card through the terminal;
  • In cash at the reception in national currency (hryvnia) through a cash register.
14. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to the playroom schedule, conditions of attendance, list and cost of additional services.
15. The Client fully assumes responsibility for the life and health of his/her children attending the nursery. The Contractor shall not be liable for any damage related to any deterioration in the health of children and injuries resulting from visiting the playroom and/or receiving additional services.
16. In case of exacerbation of chronic diseases, acute infectious and skin diseases in the child, the Client is obliged to refrain from bringing the child to the playroom;
17. It is forbidden to bring weapons, fire-hazardous, pyrotechnic, flammable, poisonous, toxic substances and substances with a pungent (strong) odor, sharp and cutting objects to the playroom;
18. It is forbidden to leave personal belongings, clothes and other valuable items unattended in the playroom;
19. The Contractor shall not be liable for forgotten, lost, stolen or left unattended things in the playroom.
20. The child is not allowed to leave the territory of the playroom during his/her stay in it;
21. The loss, damage, non-return of the playroom property by the child obliges the Client to compensate the Contractor for the value of such property in full in accordance with the current price list or the relevant act.
22. The Contractor shall not be liable for any damage caused to the child's health by illegal actions of third parties.
23. In the event of aggression or other actions by the child that pose (may pose) a danger to the life/health of other children, the Contractor reserves the right to call the Client to terminate the child's stay in the nursery early.
