Rules for visiting Sport Club


1. The Rules for visiting the SunRay Sport Club (hereinafter referred to as SC SunRay, the Club) is Supplement of the Public Service Agreement and are binding on all Club Clients (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
2. Club working hours:
  • Weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 9:00 to 20:30;
  • Weekends (Sat-Sun) from 9:00 to 18:00.
3. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to the work schedule, group training schedule, conditions of attendance, cost of services and undertakes to inform the Client in advance by posting relevant information on the official website of SC SunRay (https://sunray.ua) or in social networks.
4. The Services are provided to the Client on any day of the calendar year during the period of validity of the Club Card, taking into account the Club's working hours, except for holidays established by the legislation of Ukraine, as well as sanitary days/hours determined by the Contractor.
5. The Club Administration shall inform the Client in advance of the specific dates of the SC SunRay shutdown (including in connection with holidays and sanitary days) by publishing information on the Club's website and/or social networks.
6. The basis for visiting SC SunRay is the Club Card provided to the Client after payment for the services. The Club Card is the only basis for the Client's admission to the Club.
7. The Club Card is personal, its transfer and/or use by other persons is not allowed.
8. Payment for services can be made in the following ways:
  • By bank transfer on the basis of an invoice;
  • By bank card through the terminal;
  • In cash at the reception in national currency (hryvnia) through a cash register.
9. Payment for services is allowed only after confirmation of the Client's identity, which is carried out by presenting the Client with an identity document.
10. After paying for the services and receiving the Club Card, the Client activates the card at the time of the first visit to the Club.
11. Before visiting the Club, the Client is obliged to undergo an identification procedure, which includes taking a photo and filling out personal data.
12. The Client's refusal to undergo the identification procedure shall deprive the Client of the opportunity to visit the Club.
13. The Club Card received by the Client becomes his/her property. The cost of issuing a Club Card is included in the price of the Services.
14. When the Client visits the Club, the Administration of SC SunRay gives him/her a bracelet-key to the locker in the locker room in exchange for the Club Card.
15. Upon completion of the use of the Club's services, the Client shall leave the locker in the locker room only in an open (not locked) state and return the club bracelet-key to the SC SunRay Administration, after which the Client shall receive the Club Card back.
16. In case of non-return of the locker key bracelet, the SC SunRay Administration reserves the right to open the locked lockers at the end of the Club's working day to check the locker for weapons, flammable, pyrotechnic, flammable, poisonous, toxic substances and substances with a pungent (strong) odor, piercing and cutting objects.
17. In case of detection of suspicious items and/or items falling under the list specified in clause 16 of these Rules, such items shall be removed from the locker, after which the locker shall be closed, and other Client's belongings shall remain in the locker.
18. In the absence of the above items in the locker, the locker shall be closed, together with the items left by the Client in the locker.
19. If it becomes necessary to use the locker (due to the simultaneous arrival of a large number of SC SunRay Clients and for other valid reasons), the bracelet-key to which has not been returned by the Client in accordance with clause 15 of these Rules, the above locker may be opened by the SC SunRay Administration, and the items left in the locker may be removed. Until the seized items are handed over to their owner, the seized items are kept at the reception of SC SunRay.
20. The Contractor shall not be liable for the Client's belongings left in the locker and/or removed from the locker.
21. The Contractor recommends not to leave valuables and/or money in lockers and/or unattended.
22. The Contractor shall not be liable for forgotten, lost, stolen or left unattended belongings of the Client.
23. The services that the Client is entitled to receive are provided for by the type of Club Card chosen by the Client. Information on the types and terms of use of Club Cards is available on the Club's website.
24. For holders of Club Cards with an unlimited subscription of 3 months or more, a subscription suspension service is provided, which allows extending the validity of the subscription for the period when the Client is unable to visit the Club, but within the conditions established by the Club Administration, namely:
  • For 7 days for Club Cardholders with a 3-month subscription;
  • For 14 days for Club Cardholders with a 6-month subscription.
  • For 30 days for Club Cardholders with a 12-month subscription.
25. The Club Administration shall be notified in advance of the need to suspend the subscription.
26. The cost of Services for the above Club Cards and the cost of additional Services shall be determined in accordance with the current price list.
27. The cost of additional services is not included in the cost of the Club Card. Additional services are provided on the territory of the Club for a fee in accordance with the current price list. Additional services are provided according to a separate schedule, which may differ from the general schedule of the Club.
28. Additional services (personal and group trainings, massage, etc.) are available by appointment with the Administrator of SC SunRay. Payment for additional services is made immediately after their provision.
29. Persons not younger than 18 years old can visit the Club on their own.
30. Persons aged 16 to 18 may visit the Club on their own only with the written consent of one of their parents/legal representatives or in the presence of their parents/legal representatives.
31. Persons under the age of 16 shall visit the Club only if accompanied by at least one parent/legal guardian. Parents/legal representatives are personally responsible for children and their actions on the territory of the Club.
32. Persons under the age of 18 who are on the territory of the Club must comply with these Rules.
33. Parents/legal representatives knowingly agree that the child's participation in all trainings, group classes and other events will be at their own risk.
34. The loss, damage, non-return of the Club's property (sports equipment and other rental or lease items) by the child to the Contractor obliges one of the child's parents / legal representative to compensate the cost of such property in full in accordance with the current price list or the relevant act.
35. Children of the opposite sex over the age of 6 are not allowed to be in the women's/men's locker rooms.
36. The Client fully assumes responsibility for his/her life and health and the life and health of his/her minors/underage children who visit the Club with him/her. The Contractor shall not be liable for any damage related to any deterioration in the health of the Client and/or his/her minors/underage children, and injuries resulting from any training at the Club.
37. The SC SunRay Administration recommends:
  • to undergo a medical examination and safety briefing by an SC SunRay coach before starting training.
  • to attend training sessions according to the level of physical fitness and health condition.
  • to leave the territory of SC SunRay during the air raid, otherwise, the Client agrees to train during the air raid and is personally responsible for the possible consequences.
  • to remove items that pose a danger during training in the gym (watches, dangling earrings, etc.), remove foreign objects from pockets;
38. The SC SunRay Client is obliged to:
  • to treat other Clients of the Club with respect, not to interfere with their training
  • to comply with safety rules and rules for the operation of simulators;
  • to use the equipment and sports equipment exclusively for its intended purpose;
  • to refrain from visiting the Club in case of exacerbation of chronic diseases, as well as acute infectious and skin diseases;
  • to stop training and contact the SC Sun Ray staff in case of deterioration of health during training;
  • to train in sportswear and in closed removable sports shoes. The upper body must be covered during training;
  • to keep the territory of the Club clean and follow the rules of general/personal hygiene;
  • make sure that long and loose parts of clothing, laces, towels do not get on the moving parts of the simulators;
  • after the end of the training, collect the equipment used by him/her and return it to the designated places.
  • in case of detection of malfunctions, mechanical damage on the simulators and devices, you should immediately report to the Club Administration, without trying to fix the breakdown yourself.
  • to leave the territory of the Club no later than the established working hours of the Club
  • to leave the premises of the Club intended for training 15 (fifteen) minutes before the end of the Club's work.
39. The SC SunRay Client is prohibited:
  • to smoke, consume alcoholic beverages, narcotic substances, be in a state of intoxication on the territory of the Club;
  • to visit SC SunRay with animals;
  • to bring weapons, flammable, pyrotechnic, flammable, poisonous, toxic substances and substances with a pungent (strong) odor, piercing and cutting objects to the Club's territory;
  • to use perfumes, ointments and other cosmetic products with a pungent odor, as well as products that spoil or contaminate the equipment, premises and interior of the Club (honey, mud masks, oils, etc.)
  • to leave personal belongings, clothing and other valuables unattended on the territory of the Club;
  • to conduct commercial and advertising activities on the territory of the Club without the permission of the SC SunRay Administration, regardless of whether it is related to income or not;
  • to take video and photo on the territory of the Club without a personal agreement with the SC SunRay Administration;
  • to be on the training grounds with closed hand luggage (bags, packages, backpacks, etc.);
  • to consume food and drinks brought with you in glass containers in the Club premises;
  • to stay in places reserved for staff without an invitation and knowledge of the staff;
  • to take sports equipment and inventory out of the halls in which such equipment is located;
  • to turn on and demonstrate audio, video and other works with the use/application of any equipment in the premises of the Club if it interferes with other Clients;
  • be rude to the staff and other Clients of the Club;
  • conduct personal training with third-party trainers;
  • to throw (abruptly release without returning to its original position) sports equipment (barbells (barbell, disks to it) dumbbells, handles of simulators, handles for pulling, etc;
  • to perform exercises or take actions that may cause damage/damage to the interior of the Club (including mirrors, floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, ventilation elements, etc.) or in close proximity to interior items.
40. If the Client commits actions on the territory of the Club that have signs of a socially dangerous, culpable act, the signs of which are provided for in the Special Part of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, the Criminal Code of Ukraine, in particular, but not exclusively, petty theft of other people's property, theft, robbery, such circumstances shall be the basis for initiating the termination of the provision of Services by the Contractor.
41. In case of loss or damage to the property of SC SunRay, the Client shall be liable and undertake to compensate for the damage caused.
42. The use of the simulators may be temporarily restricted by the Club Administration for preventive maintenance and other works.
43. The Contractor shall not be liable for technical inconveniences associated with the performance of preventive, emergency and seasonal works by public utilities.
44. The Contractor shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Client's health by illegal actions of third parties.
45. Clients attending group and/or personal training sessions are guided by the general rules of visiting SC SunRay.
46. In case of violation of the rules of visiting SC SunRay by the Client, the Contractor reserves the right to cancel the Club Card and terminate the provision of services.
