Rules for staying in the pool


1. The rules for visiting the Pool Club SunRay (hereinafter referred to as the pool) are mandatory for all Clients (visitors) of the pool (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
2. These rules are made to regulate the operation of the pool, to establish the procedure for visiting and safe stay of the Clients on the territory of the pool while receiving the Services.
3. Work schedule:
  • Pool: every day from 09:00 to 19:00, in particular:
    • for holders of Club Card, Hotel Guest Card or disposable pool bracelet, the pool is open every day (Mon-Sun) from 10:00 to 19:00;
    • for holders of a swimming season ticket, the pool is open Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 12:00;
  • Bar:
    • every day (Mon-Sun) from 10:00 to 20:30.
4. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to the pool schedule, group lessons schedule, conditions of attendance, cost of services and undertakes to inform the Client in advance by posting relevant information on the official website https://sunray.ua (hereinafter referred to as the website) or in social networks.
5. The Services are provided to the Client on any day of the calendar year, taking into account the pool schedule, except for holidays established by the legislation of Ukraine, as well as sanitary days/hours determined by the Contractor.
6. The Contractor shall inform the Client in advance of the specific dates of the pool closure (including holidays and sanitary days) by publishing information on the official website and/or social media.
7. The basis for visiting the pool is the Club Card or the Hotel Guest Card or a disposable pool bracelet, which is the only basis for the Client's admission to the pool.
8. The Club Card, Hotel Guest Card and disposable pool bracelet are personal and may not be transferred and/or used by other persons.
9. Payment for services can be made in the following ways:
  • By bank transfer on the basis of an invoice;
  • By bank card through the terminal;
  • In cash at the reception in national currency (hryvnia) through a cash register.
10. When the Client visits the pool, the Pool Administration shall, at the Client's request, issue him/her a locker key bracelet in exchange for the Club Card or the Hotel Guest Card.
11. Upon completion of the use of the pool services, the Client shall leave the locker in an open (not locked) state and return the locker key bracelet to the Pool Administration, after which the Client shall receive the Card back.
12. In case of non-return of the locker key bracelet, the Pool Administration reserves the right to open the locked lockers at the end of the working day to check the locker for weapons, flammable, pyrotechnic, flammable, poisonous, toxic substances and substances with a pungent (strong) odor, piercing and cutting objects.
13. In case of detection of suspicious items and/or items falling under the list specified in clause 12 of these Rules, such items shall be removed from the locker, after which the locker shall be closed, and other Client's belongings shall remain in the locker.
14. In the absence of the above items in the locker, the locker shall be closed, along with the items left by the Client in the locker.
15. If it becomes necessary to use the locker (due to the simultaneous arrival of a large number of Clients and for other valid reasons), the key bracelet of which has not been returned by the Client in accordance with clause 17 of these Rules, the above locker may be opened by the Pool Administration, and the items left in the locker may be removed. Until the seized items are handed over to their owner, the seized items are kept at the reception.
16. The Contractor shall not be liable for the Client's belongings left in the locker and/or removed from the locker.
17. The Contractor shall not be liable for forgotten, lost, stolen or left unattended belongings of the Client.
18. The list of services that the Client is entitled to receive is posted on the official website.
19. The cost of the Pool Services and the cost of additional Services is determined in accordance with the current price list.
20. The cost of additional services is not included in the cost of visiting the pool. Additional services are provided on the territory of the pool for a fee in accordance with the current price list. Additional services are provided according to a separate schedule, which may differ from the general schedule of the pool.
21. Additional services (personal and group trainings, etc.) are available by appointment with the Pool Administrator. Payment for additional services is made immediately after their provision.
22. Persons not younger than 18 years of age may visit the pool on their own.
23. Persons under the age of 18 shall visit the pool only if accompanied by at least one of their parents/legal representatives (except for group/individual trainings in accordance with clause 24 of these Rules). Parents/legal representatives shall be personally responsible for children and their actions on the territory of the pool.
24. Persons aged 14 years and older are allowed to attend group/individual trainings.
25. Persons under the age of 14 are allowed to attend group/individual training sessions only with the written consent of a parent/legal representative.
26. Persons under 14 years of age are not provided with a separate sun lounger.
27. Persons under the age of 14 are not allowed to visit the pool on Saturdays.
28. Persons under the age of 18 who are on the territory of the pool must comply with these Rules.
29. Parents/legal representatives knowingly agree that the child's participation in all trainings, group classes and other activities will be at their own risk.
30. In case of loss, damage, non-return of the pool property by the child, the Contractor shall oblige one of the child's parents/legal representative to compensate the cost of such property in full in accordance with the current price list or the relevant act.
31. The Client fully assumes responsibility for his/her life and health and the life and health of his/her minors/underage children who attend the pool with him/her. The Contractor shall not be liable for any damage related to any deterioration in the health of the Client and/or his/her minors/underage children, and injuries resulting from visiting/ training in the pool.
32. The Pool Administration recommends:
  • to undergo a medical examination and safety instruction before starting training.
  • to attend the pool/training in accordance with the level of physical fitness and health condition.
  • to leave the territory of the pool during the air raid, otherwise, the Client agrees to train during the air raid and is personally responsible for the possible consequences.
  • to remove objects that may be dangerous during training/visiting the pool;
  • do not chew gum while swimming;
  • do not swim in the pool after eating;
  • do not dive or perform any exercises related to breath holding (except for sports training groups under the guidance of trainers);
33. The Client of the pool is obliged to:
  • to treat other visitors of the pool with respect, not to interfere with their training
  • to comply with the safety rules;
  • to use the pool equipment exclusively for its intended purpose;
  • to refrain from visiting the pool in case of exacerbation of chronic diseases, acute infectious and skin diseases, as well as the presence of open wounds;
  • to stop swimming (staying) in the pool and contact the pool staff in case of deterioration of health;
  • to stay on the territory of the pool in bathing suits, bathrobes and special shoes.
  • to keep the territory of the pool clean and follow the rules of general/personal hygiene;
  • to leave the territory of the pool no later than the established schedule of the pool;
  • to leave the territory of the pool 15 (fifteen) minutes before the end of the pool work.
34. The Client of the pool is prohibited:
  • to leave children unattended;
  • to smoke on the territory of the pool;
  • be on the territory of the pool with dogs, except for the restaurant, where you can be with decorative breeds of dogs on a leash.
  • be in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication on the territory of the pool;
  • to bring weapons, flammable, pyrotechnic, flammable, poisonous, toxic substances and substances with a pungent (strong) odor, piercing and cutting objects to the territory of the club;
  • to bring and consume any food (including, but not limited to, fruits, berries, etc.) and any drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) on the territory of the pool;
  • to use and/or place and/or be on the territory of the pool with balloons;
  • to create and/or place photo zones on the territory of the pool;
  • to move and/or displace and/or in any other way move sunbeds;
  • to swim in the pool using swimming equipment (accessories) (including, but not limited to, inflatable circles, mattresses, etc.), except for children swimming in the children's area of the pool using children's inflatable circles and/or armbands.
  • to use water pistols and/or radio-controlled toys in the pool and/or on the territory of the pool.
  • to use glassware;
  • to use perfumes, ointments and other cosmetic products with a pungent odor, as well as products (honey, mud masks, oils, etc.) that spoil or contaminate the equipment and interior of the pool;
  • to leave personal belongings, clothes and other valuable things unattended on the territory of the pool;
  • to conduct commercial and advertising activities on the territory of the Club without the permission of the Pool Administration, regardless of whether it is related to the receipt of income or not;
  • to take video and photo on the territory of the Club without a personal agreement with the Pool Administration;
  • to stay in the areas reserved for the staff without invitation and knowledge of the staff;
  • to take the pool equipment outside the pool area;
  • to turn on and demonstrate audio, video and other works with the use/application of any equipment in the pool premises, if it interferes with other Clients;
  • to behave rudely towards the staff and other Clients of the pool;
  • to conduct personal training with third-party trainers;
  • to initiate situations/perform actions that pose (may pose) a danger to the life/health of other Clients and/or pool staff.
35. In case the Client commits actions on the territory of the pool that have signs of a socially dangerous, culpable act, the signs of which are provided for in the Special Part of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, the Criminal Code of Ukraine, in particular, but not limited to, petty theft of other people's property, theft, robbery, such circumstances shall be the basis for initiating the termination of the provision of Services by the Contractor.
36. In case of loss or damage to the pool property, the Client shall be financially responsible and undertake to compensate for the damages caused.
37. The Contractor shall not be liable for technical inconveniences associated with the performance of preventive, emergency and seasonal maintenance by public utilities.
38. The Contractor shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Client's health by illegal actions of third parties.
39. Clients attending group and/or personal lessons are guided by the general rules of visiting the pool.
40. In case the Client violates the rules of visiting the pool, the Contractor reserves the right to terminate the provision of services.
