Rules for Visiting the Padel Tennis Courts at Sport Club Sun Ray


1. General Provisions
1.1. The rules for visiting the padel tennis courts of SC SunRay (hereinafter referred to as the Courts) are mandatory for all Clients (visitors) of the Courts (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
1.2. These Rules are developed to regulate the operation of the Courts, establish the procedure for visiting, and ensure the safe stay of Clients on the territory of the Courts while receiving Services.
2. Working Hours and Operating Schedule
2.1. Working hours:
2.2. Every day from 09:00 to 20:00.
2.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Courts' working hours, visiting conditions, and service prices and undertakes to inform the Client in advance by publishing the relevant information on the official website https://sunray.ua or on social media.
2.4. Services are provided to the Client on any calendar day of the year, taking into account the Courts' operating schedule, except for public holidays established by the legislation of Ukraine, as well as sanitary days/hours determined by the Service Provider.
2.5. The Service Provider informs the Client in advance about specific dates of suspension of the Courts' operation, including due to public holidays and sanitary days, by publishing information on the official website and/or on social media.
3. Procedure for Providing Services and Payment
3.1. The Client obtains the right to visit the Courts by renting them on an hourly basis.
3.2. Payment for hourly court rental services may be made in the following ways:
  • Non-cash payment based on an issued invoice;
  • Bank card payment via terminal;
  • Cash payment at the reception desk in the national currency (hryvnia) through RRO;
  • Through the LiqPay payment service.
3.3. During the Client’s visit to the Courts, the Administration of SC Sun Ray/Pool Club SunRay (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) provides the Client, upon request, with a locker bracelet-key. The cost of the bracelet is included in the visit price.
3.4. After the completion of the Services, the Client must leave the locker open (unlocked) and return the locker bracelet-key to the Administration.
3.5. In case of failure to return the locker bracelet-key, the Administration reserves the right to open locked lockers at the end of the working day to inspect them for dangerous items, including but not limited to weapons, flammable, pyrotechnic, combustible, poisonous, toxic substances, substances with a strong odor, piercing and cutting objects.
3.6. In case suspicious items and/or items listed in clause 3.5 of these Rules are found, such items shall be removed from the locker, after which the locker will be locked again, while the Client’s other belongings remain inside.
3.7. In the absence of the above-mentioned items in the locker, the locker shall be locked together with the Client’s belongings left inside.
3.8. If there is a need to use a locker due to the simultaneous arrival of a large number of Clients or for other valid reasons, and the bracelet-key has not been returned by the Client in accordance with clause 3.4 of these Rules, such locker may be opened by the Administration and the belongings left inside may be removed. Until returned to their owner, the removed belongings shall be stored at the reception desk.
3.9. The Service Provider bears no responsibility for belongings left in lockers and/or removed from lockers.
3.10. The Service Provider is not responsible for forgotten, lost, stolen, or unattended belongings of the Client.
3.11. The list of services available to the Client is published on the official website.
3.12. The cost of Court rental Services and additional Services is determined according to the current price list published on the official website and at the reception desk.
3.13. The cost of additional services is not included in the Court rental price. Additional services are provided for an extra fee according to the current price list.
3.14. Payment for additional services is made immediately after ordering them.
3.15. Additional services include, but are not limited to: court rental for photo shoots, rental of padel tennis rackets, and other services according to the information published on the website.
3.16. Tennis balls are not available for rent and may be purchased from the Service Provider, or the Client may visit the Courts with their own tennis balls.
4. Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
4.1. Booking of court rental services (hereinafter referred to as Booking) may be made at the reception desk of SC Sun Ray, by phone, or through the website https://sunray.ua (online booking module).
4.2. A Booking is considered valid upon payment of 100% prepayment for the Services.
4.3. Cancellation of a Booking shall be made by the Client via phone call.
4.4. The Client has the right to reschedule the Booking to a later date and time (no later than within 10 calendar days) provided that there are no existing bookings by other Clients for the desired date and time.
4.5. Rescheduling of a Booking is possible only for dates on which the same tariff rates apply as those that were effective on the original booking date and time.
4.6. In case of Booking cancellation, the paid funds shall be refunded to the Client subject to clauses 4.7.-4.12. of these Rules.
4.7. To receive a refund, the Client must submit a written refund request to the Service Provider indicating the bank details for the refund and personal data (full name, taxpayer number, etc.). A document confirming the payment for the Booking must be attached to the request.
4.8. Refunds shall be processed by the Service Provider within 3 (three) banking days from the date of receipt of the Client’s written request. Funds shall be refunded minus expenses incurred by the Service Provider related to payment receipt/refund processing (bank/payment service fees, etc.).
4.9. In case of Booking cancellation three or more days before the booked date, no penalties shall apply to the Client.
4.10. In case of Booking cancellation from one to three days before the booked date, the Service Provider shall charge the Client a penalty of 50% (fifty percent) of the paid Services amount.
4.11. In case of Booking cancellation less than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the booked date, the Service Provider shall charge the Client a penalty of 100% (one hundred percent) of the paid Services amount.
4.12. Penalties provided for in clauses 4.10.-4.11. of these Rules shall be withheld by the Service Provider from the amount paid by the Client.
4.13. In case the Client is late, the Administration may shift the court rental time if such time does not overlap with other active bookings. Otherwise, the delay time shall be included in the total court rental time.
5. Age Restrictions
5.1. Persons aged 18 years and older may visit the padel tennis courts independently.
5.2. Persons aged from 16 to 18 years may visit the Courts independently only with written consent from one of the parents/legal representatives or in the presence of parents/legal representatives.
5.3. Persons under the age of 16 may visit the Courts only when accompanied by at least one parent/legal representative. Parents/legal representatives bear personal responsibility for children and their actions on the territory of the Courts.
5.4. Persons under the age of 18 visiting the Courts must comply with these Rules.
5.5. Parents/legal representatives knowingly agree that the child’s visit to the Courts is carried out at their own risk.
5.6. In case of loss, damage, or failure by a child to return the property of the Service Provider, one of the child’s parents/legal representatives shall compensate the full value of such property according to the current price list or a relevant report.
6. Safety and Health Responsibility
6.1. The Client fully accepts responsibility for their own life and health, as well as for the life and health of their minor children visiting the Courts together with them. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any harm related to deterioration of the Client’s and/or their minor children’s health, or injuries resulting from visiting the Courts.
6.2. No more than 4 (four) persons may be present on one Court at the same time.
6.3. The presence of spectators/visitors on the Courts is prohibited.
6.4. In the case of renting the Courts for a photo shoot, the total number of persons allowed on one Court at the same time shall be agreed with the Administration.
6.5. During a photo shoot, persons present on the Court must wear footwear that does not damage the Court surface.
6.6. The Administration recommends:
  • visiting the Courts according to the Client’s level of physical fitness and health condition;
  • leaving the territory of the Courts during an air raid alert; otherwise, the Client agrees to remain on the Courts during the air raid alert and bears personal responsibility for possible consequences;
  • removing items that may pose a danger while visiting the Courts.
7. Obligations of Clients
The Client is obliged to:
  • treat other Clients with respect and not interfere with their games/training sessions;
  • follow safety regulations;
  • comply with the lawful requirements of the Administration;
  • use rented equipment only for its intended purpose;
  • visit the Courts in sportswear and closed сменная sports shoes. During training/game sessions, the upper body must be covered;
  • maintain cleanliness on the territory of the Courts;
  • leave the territory of the Courts no later than the established working hours;
  • return rented sports equipment after finishing the visit/training session;
  • stop training and contact the Administration in case of feeling unwell during the visit to the Courts;
  • leave the territory of the Courts 15 (fifteen) minutes before closing time.
8. Prohibited Actions
The Client is prohibited from:
  • leaving children unattended;
  • visiting the Courts in swimwear;
  • smoking on the territory of the Courts;
  • being on the territory of the Courts with animals;
  • being under the influence of alcohol, narcotic substances, or toxic substances on the territory of the Courts;
  • bringing weapons, flammable, pyrotechnic, combustible, poisonous, toxic substances, substances with a strong odor, piercing or cutting objects onto the territory of the Club;
  • consuming food and drinks brought from outside in glass containers on the territory of the Courts;
  • being on the territory of the Courts with closed-type hand luggage (bags, packages, backpacks, etc.);
  • leaving personal belongings, clothing, and other valuables unattended on the territory of the Courts;
  • conducting commercial or advertising activities on the territory of the Courts without permission from the Administration, regardless of whether such activity is connected with generating income or not;
  • conducting video or photo shooting on the territory of the Courts without prior agreement with the Administration;
  • being in areas designated for staff without invitation or permission from the staff;
  • removing rented equipment outside the territory of the Courts;
  • playing or demonstrating audio, video, or other media using any equipment on the territory of the Courts if it disturbs other Clients;
  • behaving rudely towards staff or other Clients;
  • creating situations or performing actions that may endanger the life or health of other Clients and/or staff;
  • performing exercises or actions that may damage the Courts, including surfaces, nets, fences, lighting elements, etc.
9. Liability
9.1. In the event that the Client commits actions on the territory of the Courts that have signs of a socially dangerous or guilty act предусмотренного the Special Part of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses or the Criminal Code of Ukraine, including but not limited to petty theft, theft, robbery, such circumstances shall constitute grounds for initiating termination of the provision of Services by the Service Provider.
9.2. In case of loss or damage to the property of the Service Provider, the Client bears financial responsibility and undertakes to compensate for the damages caused.
9.3. The Service Provider shall not be liable for technical inconveniences related to preventive, emergency, or seasonal works carried out by коммунальные services.
9.4. The Service Provider shall not be liable for harm caused to the Client’s health by unlawful actions of third parties.
9.5. In case the Client violates the Rules for visiting the Courts, the Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the provision of Services.
9.6. The Administration has the right to refuse to provide Services or terminate them in case of violation of the Rules.
